'LESS & LURND' COMIC STRIP, 2008 - 2009

I had a stint running a comic strip titled Less & Lurnd during my early years at the University of Virginia. The strip ran daily in The Cavalier Daily and I had fun trying to create short narratives in a 3-frame/1-frame space within the daily time constraints. The following pieces here are the only ones that I could find.

I'd like to apologize in advance for the face palm inducing teenage college level humor!

At some point I would like explore more developed techniques in comics, such as playing with the closure between each frame in a panel - which McLeod's describes in his book Understanding Comics, as "the phenomenon of observing the parts but perceiving the whole (narrative)"
